The following information is provided as a reference for museums and museum
professionals interested in the possibility of booking the VIDEOTOPIA exhibit.
Exhibit Size:
- Scalable from 1,500 sq. ft. to over 10,000 sq. ft.
Components:
- From 60 to over 150 hands-on exhibits (depending on host's hall size),
including interactives that detail the inner workings of video game and
computer technology, careers in technology, and the logical creation of a
video game.

- 1,500 - 4,500 sq. ft.
- 35 to 40 arcade video games
- 2 large-scale simulator games
- Approx. 15 exhibit components
- Approx. 35 information pedestals
- Shipped in one 53' air-ride tractor trailer
large installation:
- 4,500 sq. ft. or larger hall.
- 70 to 100 arcade video games
- 5 or more large-scale simulator games
- Approx. 15 exhibit components
- Approx. 45 information pedestals
- Shipped in two 53' air-ride tractor trailers or 4 40' shipping containers
Exhibit participation includes a representative for on-site set-up and strike, and one part-time exhibit technical supervisor. All necessary maintenance is provided.

- Optional sales of merchandise related to exhibit (T-shirts, hats, books, etc.)
- host institutions may secure local sponsors.
Installation/Dismantling:
- Estimated Installation time: 2 days to 1 week with a 4-person crew

Availability:
3 and 4 month venues available (typical) and longer displays are possible based upon availability
Videotopia can also furnish displays via rental or sale of restored classic and later-model video games piecemeal to accompany exhibits (e.g. a driving simulator for a racecar exhibit,) as well as provide displays for trade shows and specialized conventions.
